FluentFlow Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the FluentFlow mobile application (Android application ID com.fluentflow.myapp; iOS bundle identifier com.fluentflowreal.app). It describes how we handle data, including use of the microphone permission (Android: RECORD_AUDIO; iOS: microphone access described in the App Store listing) for voice-based language practice. The app is identified in stores as FluentFlow.

1. Microphone and voice

FluentFlow requests permission to access your device microphone so you can practice by speaking. Audio is used to capture your speech for language learning features (including transcription where enabled). You may use typed messages instead of voice where the app supports it.

2. Information we collect

FluentFlow stores conversation-related data locally on your device (for example, practice history) using on-device storage. When you use voice input, audio may be sent to a speech-to-text provider to convert speech to text. When AI voice output is used, text may be sent to a text-to-speech provider. Chat and feedback features may send messages to an AI provider to generate responses and scores.

3. How we use your information

4. Third-party services

Depending on features you use, data may be processed by providers such as Google (Gemini / AI services), Deepgram (speech-to-text), and ElevenLabs (text-to-speech). Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Data retention

Data stored on your device remains under your control; you may remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in device settings. Third-party retention follows each provider’s policy.

6. Children’s privacy

FluentFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will adjust the “Last updated” date above when we do.
